  My husband had ordered an arrangement for my birthday that was on Monday, having it sent to my job. He texted me at like 11am all excited but it hadn't come yet, 2pm roles around, still not there, 4:15pm still not there. So he calls the store to figure out what is going on, the line is busy. So he calls a different store and they tell him they shut down the phone line because they were too overwhelmed. He then asked for a refund, in which he was directed to corporate. They said he would hear from the store within two days to discuss the refund. Well, the next day around 4:45 they decided to show up, mind you I normally get off at 5. I told the delivery man that this was supposed to be here yesterday, he said they were busy, I said that isn't my problem, when you order something to be somewhere on a certain day, and you're paying this much for it, it should be there. Regardless, I didn't want to argue at my job, signed for it and brought it home. It is by far the hardest, most sour fruit I have ever tasted. This place is a joke.
