  Sent an email reference an issue my wife had in August 2017. We purchased a house and had some renovations going on. The floor installers ran low on thinset and needed a few bags. Unfortunately I was working but made the purchase online so she could just go right in and someone would load it up for her. Well, upon her arrival she was met by a rude customer service representative who told her the order was just placed and she was too early and rolled her eyes at my wife. This was extremely unprofessional to say the least. Further, she asked for assistance in loading the three 50lb bags into her SUV as she only weighs 100lbs. She was given zero help with this and this is just simply inexcusable. My email to the corporate office was replied with stating I would receive a call from an area manager about this issue. I receive a call about a week later from an area manager in northern state who couldn’t help me nor understood why she received my information to call me. This area manager assured me I would get a phone call from the correct area manager. This, never happened. I will never visit this store again. I have a Lowe’s card and a Home Depot card. I prefer the 5% discount with the Lowe’s card but I only shop at the Home Depot across the street now. Have never had this type of poor customer service at Home Depot. I hope this review reaches an area manager who can implement some serious changes in this Lowe’s location. Unprofessional doesn’t begin to cover this experience. Sounds like an upper management issue as great management trickles down to the troops.

  Just try to get an employee for help or service... Go ahead i dare you! Where or what the employees are doing is a mystery. Lasty... Imagine this store has MILLIONS of dollars tied up in property, building, and inventory; yet they have 1 maybe 2 registers open. Amazing management!!!!!!!

  Purchased an item before Christmas and attempted to return it as it was not used. Juan who was working the return counter at night very rudely explained that I should have noticed signs all throughout the store that said all returns had to be returned by a certain date. As I explained I did not see them he asked me to step aside and dismissed me. As a business owner in the construction industry. I will be taking my business across the street to the orange store.
