The truck came once, had me sign my name on his cell phone, handed me the mattress cover, then got back in his truck and left. No mattress. The next day management was all over it, apologizing,profusely and even offered to give me the frame that I forgot to buy. They assured me that it would be delivered sometime today. Today is gone and I still have no mattress.
